How to Link a YouTube Channel to a Facebook Business Page
by Chris Miksen
The best way to market your business is to diversify, especially when it comes to online marketing. Creating a YouTube channel and a Facebook business page allows you to employ the power of video and social-network marketing. While the types of people you attract to your YouTube channel may be the same as those you attract to your Facebook page, they may not know you have a Facebook page. Inserting a link to your page on your YouTube channel gives you a way to connect those users with a click of the button.
1.
Sign into your YouTube account. Click your username at the top-right of any YouTube page and selecting “Channel.” Open another page in your Internet browser and go to your Facebook business page.
2.
Click the blue “Edit” link next to “Profile” on the left side of your YouTube channel page.
3.
Click the checkbox next to “Website” if a checkmark is not present. Switch to your Facebook business page. Highlight the URL, right-click and select “Copy.”
4.
Switch back to your YouTube channel. Click the “Website” text box, right-click the box and select “Paste.” Your Facebook business page URL will appear. Click “Save Changes” at the bottom of the “Profile” section on your YouTube channel page. When users visit your channel, they can click your website link to go to your Facebook business page.
